I'm depressed. Work is hard.

Hubby changed our t.v. and phone companies without telling me because
he wanted to save money. The new T.V. people come out FRIDAY to install.
I depend on my phone for work and lots of other things that he does not.

Right now I can get three or four local channels and netflix and amazon but none of those work for me.
The local channels frighten me with news and creepy stuff.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Before he took my t.v. plan away from me,
I recorded and watched political news or certain very specific shows to help me fall asleep so
I was not bothered by sound or visual hallucinations.

So off right now. Angry and sad. Crying.

if there was only somebody there who could get through to him. I am so sorry.
I know it will be worked out but what pressure and strain!

I would be mad at my husband if he did something like that.
Mostly we confer with each other over bills.
I am sorry you are depressed and that work is hard.
I wish it was easier for you.

'Had a long talk with Mom.

She helped Dad convince himself to go back to physical therapy where he was
after his hip surgerys. The people there had him do work in the pool that he found helpful.

He's having pain in his Hamstrings. Mom probably explained but I am
not sure what she said. Maybe she thinks it is caused by too much sitting.

At any rate, medicare approved it.

Your TV channels and phone are important to you. Tell your husband that. The cable guys can come back and restore the services. Your comfort is more important than the money you are saving on the bill. If he feels that you really need to save money, maybe he can look elsewhere :hug::hug:

I'm glad that your dad decided to go back to PT. I hope he gets to go back into the pool, at least at first.

T.V. might be ready on Monday but they will try for (sooner) Friday.

Apple could not help me retrieve my apple ID for my phone. They will send a text to Hubby's phone in four days. The woman on the phone said it took her over a month when she had to get her apple ID restored this way. I could have it sooner, but she was letting me know it could be a wait.

I talked a lot to hubby tonight.
Earlier I told him that after I got some sleep tonight I would be leaving him in the morning. I changed my mind because I need him to keep track of my meds.

+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_
I cannot trust him not to eff up my life every time he gets a bug up his as. I use that phone for work audio memos to myself and I take lots of photos of my notes on the board so that I can refer to them before I start class next time or when a student
asks any question. And of course they call/text me.

=-=-=-=-

Every work day hubby wakes me up and then walks me to the car in the mornings to help me get to work.
He does 90% of the grocery shopping.
He knows I am holding on to my job and to my life by a couple of threads but he
cannot not translate that knowledge into "how about I do not mess up
her shakey equilibrium?"

I told him that no matter what happens in the future, I will never trust him again.
