I am so ambivalent. the dr demonstrated that it was just a jab but I am even ambivalent about if they really know about cholesterol. I thought you mentioned that statins were bad for you a couple of years ago. I posted the url about it.

Bobby,

I am a scientist, but but I feel that the doctors might have the solution to high cholesterol wrong.

My father was put on them years ago. I have not checked whether he is still on them.

Dietary suggestions include eating legumes (except soy).
Also flax seed and other fiber.

the p,.a. called me and said it is just an injection under the skin and not in the muscle. She is now trying to get the insurance to approve it. I thought it was in the muscle that sounded horrid and painful.

Bobby

I'm glad she called and clarified it for you. I also think there
is no harm in trying it to see. The other thing I would suggest
is when you first get it. Look away at something else.

And be sure to be interested in something else, and hopefully
you wont even realize they are doing it.

thanks but I better see what she is doing don't you think? It sounds like I can do it myself. She would start me off for once a month. The nurse called me to see if I had a speciality pharmacy. I think the drug costs 14,000 a year but hopefully I can get it for 20 dollars with epic a new york senior citizen agency.

the new scale says I gained more weight. My antidepressant is still working so I think I will be strict and cut out the ice cream. I even had potato chips. what do i expect. I talked to a friend today who is a little older than me and she said a lot of people our age have sleeping issues. The RAbbi came over and that was so nice. He is so sweet and nice. we sad prayers and talked. I told him that my new antidepressant was working and later said I was still sad. Then I might get Roberta, four pound scottish stretch eared fold. I think abby will be jealous. since pudge's being groomed she is sleeping next to me.. I wonder where Roberta will sleep. If my lower back didn't hurt and I weighed less I would feel a lot better.

I am glad that you had a nice visit with the Rabbi.
Happy to hear that your depression is better, what a relief.
Have a good day.

in Psalm 27 it says When my father and my mother forsake me,

Then the Lord †will take me up.

I am not depressed but I am so lonely
