I did a few readings this morning. they were much better than the low ones but still not 129 over 60 and my pulse was fast. I think I am going to buy a cuff one it is easier to put on.

I just bought a cuff one like roberts it is easier to put on

I thought theysaid the left hand cuff because it is closer to your heart
