I think I must be manic. I think I am too tired to show more classic symtoms.

That can happen to me when I'm hypo, too. It's so weird. I can even sleep when I'm full-blown manic.

I'm glad you're not depressed. It doesn't sound like your behavior is effecting your life negatively... unless you're buying a lot more right now?

Bobby

See if you can set your self a limit as to how much you buy a day. Like $10.00 a day. And stick to it. I know that would be hard. But maybe that would
work. I think then maybe when you don't buy anything one day you can celebrate by an extra treat from when out with a friend say a coffee or something.

Not sure what all would work.

Hypomania can be very enjoyable! (not that I'm advocating for people not to get treatment if it gets out of hand). It just seems like you are safe, and I'm not particularly worried about your thoughts or behavior

I don't know how long it will last though since it is probably chemical

Bobby,

I hope the good mood lasts for a long while.

There's no way to know, but it's high time you got a break from your depression! I hope you remain safely euphoric for a long time. Enjoy it while it lasts :)

I am still in a good mood but I am totally exhausted. I have been getting little sleep. I finally got in a nap today
