I'm glad that you are listening to your body, and you said no to something you know will hurt you
 I'm sorry that you are so tired, and are sleeping so much Are you still having back pain? Does the Aleve help at all when/if it flares up? |

I have a little back pain and I don't know if the aleve is helping or not doing the leg raises or the combination. I only have one more session.

Are you still rubbing the Blue Emu on your back?
My back is just terrible right now. I would love to use it, but that would mean no heating pad... |

yesterday after p.t. my back started hurting again. I did another leg exercise. I didn't think it would bother me but it did. today I am using blue emu.
my stomach is upset. I tried to fill out a form and because of the stroke I couldn't make it legible. I called cecilia for help but she hasn't returned my call yet.she just called and will do it this afternoon when she came back. she invited over on sunday to see tiger woods play. she is suffering from nerve pain from when she had radiation. she has been sick a lot this winter. she is depressed. |

If this was your last PT visit, maybe your back pain will get better now
I'm glad that Cecilia is going to help you with the form this afternoon. I'm sorry she has been sick and depressed this winter I hope that watching The Masters on Sunday is a good distraction for the both of you, and you enjoy it... I was a golfer. My whole family are golfers. But I can't watch it on TV. It's like watching paint dry to me. |

I bet you were good. I like to watch golf when tiger woods is playing. I haven't been sleeping well. today I was afraid that my miracle antidepressant stopped working. I started reading another amelia grey book. I just love her. I am not depressed now. thank God
