Now it is a bit high and I am still very tired. I saw a sweater I wanted and it was inexpensive and purple but I didn't buy it. Is this a new leaf?

Did you buy a wrist monitor? Those aren't as accurate as arm cuffs, but if you did buy one, it's not a big deal.
You should be able to use an arm cuff on either arm. You should be able to use a wrist cuff on either wrist, too. From my experience, and what I've read, Omron makes the most accurate BP monitors. If you are using an arm cuff, you should measure your arm to make sure that the cuff will be large/long enough for you. The directions in/on the box, and product description on the website should state the length of the cuff that comes with the monitor. Sometimes you have to buy a separate cuff if you need a larger or smaller one. |

I already bought them. the instructions on the arm one says to use it on the left side because it is closer to the heart. I have trouble putting on the arm one and aligning it in the right place. it keeps on sliding over. so that is why i bought the cuff ones

In my case I can never have my blood pressure taken in my right side arm again. So that is good that the left is better.

now my blood pressure is high. I should get a new monitor today. I wonder what the doctor is going to do. My apartment looks good. Marci is coming twice a week now. There is real progress..We even went to the post office today and she addressed an envelop. It is hard to read my handwriting since the stroke.
I am scared now but still not depressed. I am still reading. I gave Marc some more things. |

i got the new monitors. the readings weren't bad. I am having more trouble walking. I am in a good mood and not depressed. My sleeping is rotten. I am still reading. tv isn't interesting me that much. i look forward to sleeping reading and kitty cat watching.i don't understand why i am in such a good mood. i am still spending and not doing paper work.
