Cymbalta is one drug I had to take food with. I could even just eat
some bread and butter and this helped me. I usually drank milk
with it too.

I have milk in the coffee. I guess I will try some bread and butter. My back hurts from an exercise my p.t. had me do. My legs hurt.I am going to buy a new mattress because the one I bought is awful and it slides off the box spring.then the sheet comes undone. I am severely depressed and the cymbalta is not working yet. I have such negative thoughts

I'm glad that you're going to try to take the Cymbalta with food like Donna suggested. The milk in your coffee isn't enough.

Cymbalta can take a while to work like a lot of antidepressants. I hope that it starts working for you soon tho :hug::hug::hug:

I'm sorry about your mattress, Bobby. You may want to try ordering one from a mattress co. online. You can get some good deals. They will deliver, and most will take your old one away for free, or for a small fee.

You also might want to drink just a small amount of milk with just
the bread and butter. See if that helps also.

I'm also guessing you are thinking a lot about Micky right now too.
Since we know what a animal lover you are. I'm guessing that is
part of the reason you are feeling so depressed. And honestly
it will happen for a while. Maybe you can see if there is some way
you can help Robert to get through this too. Since he has been
so much help to you.

But its going to take some time.

I called Robert the other night and let him talk.He said he is still in shock. we talked for a while. I will email him in a couple of days.

i bought the mattress and will probably get it on thursday. I hope it works out.
the xanax isn't working as well as it did......I am having trouble sleeping again.
I am still eating too much. I just had a cup of coffee. I have a ant problem and the exterminator is coming on thursday. I don't know what the ants are but definitely they come out big time when I leave wet food for Pudge. I usually throw it out after 15 minutes but sometimes I forget. Marci is triggering me a bit. She spends a lot of time not working and she is the boss. When she does the laundry she stays downstairs the whole time which is over an hour and thensome. My legs and back are hurting so I really do have a hard time cleaning. Maybe the new mattress will help. the p.t. had me do an exercise and after a couple of times my back started hurting. I had to take money out of my savings ugh

I hope your new bed is great and comfortable.
That is a great price. our bed cost us $4k and I feel hind sight that we were ripped off. WE did not shop around...impulsiveness on my part.
