Once again I’m agreeing with Donna lol...

You need to sit down with Marci and have a conversation with her- at least about the cleaning because that’s what she’s there for because you can’t clean for yourself.

I think you will really like your new mattress. Bob’s does a good job with their mattresses. We didn’t spend much on our set at Jordan’s (their own brand), maybe a couple hundred bucks, and we LOVE it! :)

I have been so very depressed and feel so lousy. I also have been grouchy and have had very negative thoughts. It is mostly me. I am so tired. Marci cleans a lot.

I listened to my religious class today and forced myself to hear the whole thing. He said Sardinia has the longest life span because the people are so social and always are together. I am practically always isolated.
Marci called to see how I was doing. I apologized. She said it was all right and she was used to be not talking. We talked for ten minutes. I called Zeynep and we talked and will probably get together this weekend. She is feeling better. She is getting free antibiotics which are helping and doesn't have to pay the 4000 dollars and is going on ativan for sleeping. I am feeling better. The class started the ball rolling.

my medications aren't working. I am flipping in and out of depression and having trouble sleeping. I have been spending a lot of money. Today I am meeting my friend for lunch. I have been pestering Pudge all night. I don;t think she minds it. I just fed her. My friend said Trump's grandfather ran a brothel. Watching the hearings really strung me out. My friend Alice thinks Jeff Flake is going to run for president.

spent over 3 1/2 hours with my friend over lunch today. told her how my bipolar made me do some things I deeply regretted and can't forgive myself for. didn;t say that one of the things ended my friendship with her 23 years ago. she said I had to forgive myself because it was my sickness and not because of evil or something. we are stronger now than we were before
