I apologized to my m-i-l the other day for things said years ago.
She accepted my apology.
It made me feel better.

I found what he had to say and what he experienced really interesting

At first, I was struck with how high energy he is and how tough he is on himself.
The Muhammad Ali quote about "Is that all you got," was pretty revealing in terms of all that he ended up accomplishing
in terms of his new mindset.

=-=

Interesting that he said, he completely surrendered himself.
It's true about how the pauses in music are more important than the notes.
The same with life as he says.:):):):)

He's a good looking guy.
I hope he is doing well now.

He would likely be ok if you sent him a text mentioning how much you appreciated his Ted Talk and requesting his email and giving him yours.

I don't know how to do texts and how to work my phone. I really screwed it up. I am afraid

I just wrote an email to alex asking him a favor to forward the email to andy. I apologized to andy for not responding to the card he sent me twenty years ago and I wrote that i am bipolar and do stupid things. I wrote that I immensely enjoyed his ted talk and was sorry to hear about his suffering that led him grow higher. I said God bless you and family love bobby
