I'm sorry I didn't realize that stopping the Rexulti was your pdoc's decision. I wonder why I had to taper off of it, and you didn't?
I also forgot that Monday is a holiday... Probably because I don't work, and Corey doesn't get some holidays off. He will actually be away for work at least Monday and Tuesday night. Is reading still helping you or not? |

right now it is not and I think it usually helps my depression. I once went on a meat diet and lost weight. I think I might try it again. My weight is really also depressing me. thank you so much for telling me about blue emu. I am trying to find a book which will hold me.

Is the blue emu a brand name. Do they sell it in stores?

I have been thinking of God so much. some say suffering is a gift from God.
I have had so many miracles happen to me. I was thinking of them to combat the suffering. I thought a lot about my deceased animals especially my morgy and my snowball, I don't know why I have been so depressed but turning to God and the wonderful animals he gave me is really helping. I started reading again. I also have been thinking of all the beauty God has created which couldn't be by chance. bobby |
