I read this this morning and thought of you bobby. IT was an article about physical symptoms from chronic anxiety.:

Bizi

Thanks for that article. I think its part of my issues with anxiety.
I have always had a little problem with constipation. I hate the
taste of the mixes. So I always just put up with it. Till my
sister told me about the pills, I know take almost daily the fiber
pills anywhere from 2 to 5 a day. According to how many I think
I need for the pain my stomach and the constipation are causing
me. It really seems to work well for me.

my stomach didn't bother me yesterday. i just ate cashews at night and had coffee in the morning. i had great news about robert and his dog danny. the owners were found but he had legally adopted danny by then. he was torn apart as to what to do. he found out they were irresponsible and didn' t tell him how he became a stray. then it was easy. he is keeping danny

If your stomach gets worse, don't wait to make another appointment with the doctor

I'm so sorry for Danny that he was neglected, but I'm happy that he and Robert found one another. Danny will no doubt be spoiled, and Robert will enjoy doing it
