Poll TGIF - Check in Please..............

Hey it's that time again - the weekend.

What is up for everyone? How is everyone feeling?

I am going out with Dirk tonight, maybe dinner and dancing, have to find a good place that has both, and outside dining. Just the two of us. That should be fun and take my mind to a different place for awhile. He is so wonderful, and makes me laugh.

Not much else, don't want to complain anymore, I am sick of myself. Besides everyone else has much larger issues than I, that need attention to. I feel like a burden. My life has just gone haywire for 4 yrs now, and I need to escape from it.

I must of woke up 10x last night.

Have a wonderful weekend, Nikko

Hey Nikko! Sounds like a great night! Wish Todd danced. Oh well.
Well I am at work (its lunch time right now....like it matters ) and things are going okay today. I'm actually doing things right for once. I guess I am slowly getting the hang of things.
For a while there I was worried that they would think I was a nutbag. Not for my BP, only my supervisor knows about that, but that I was messing things up royally daily!
Well my lunch is almost up....if I can get on the computer I will visit with you all this weekend.
Have a great weekend!

Hi,
I woke up crying and depressed. This happens about every two months for seemingly no reason. I'll be back to myself tomorrow.

Hubby and I had to go to see my therapist for our appointment. Over all, the therapy seemed to go ok.

Then we stopped at Whole Foods to buy some vegan food since I have completely stopped eating meat and animal product for a week now.
We got some good prepared foods and even ate some on the way home. Maybe I can duplicate some of the easy ones. Or better yet, teach him how to make them.

Now he is out with one of his friends whose wife and kids are out of town. If hubby reports that this is a good restaurant, my parents will want to go there too when they visit in 4 weeks.

Default How is the weekend going everyone?

Hi,
I have felt calmer and more relaxed since hubby and I had the therapy session on Friday.

I guess I feel closer to him and less alone on this bipolar ride. And he is being a sweetie. On Sat we even spent 15 minutes starting to organize the piles of clean laundry in the guest bedroom.

Sleep issues remain for the moment, although hubby did his part tonight by gently prodding me to go to bed. I did. Then I heard noises in the upstairs apt, got annoyed, and got out of bed. I guess I will go back to bed soon.

I have been on a 100% plant based diet for 8 days now. The accupuntuist says that I will feel improvement.
I'm hoping to get over the rest of the Chronic Fatigue that is still hanging around.
Food is boring.
I might actually have to cook once in awhile -- no great vegan restaurants or even large health food stores close by.

Twice I had the nearby Chinese restaurant deliver something with tofu. I like tofu ok but I hate Chinese food -- can't help it -- somethiing about the smell.

I am so glad you are feeling closer to your husband. That is the greatest news. I wonder what kind of a cycle you are in every two months. The diet sounds interesting...I think it is true that being vegetarian makes one less aggressive.
I am sorry about your noisy neighbors.
I am getting ready to call my friend in Israel now and tell her the latest.
I guess the joint therapy wasn't intrusive?
