Please help.

I feel awful . . . almost like I should drive myself to a hospital right now.

If I wait to call the pdoc tomorrow / Tuesday, what do I tell her?
She mostly sucks so I don't know if I would follow any of her advice anyway. But maybe she has a suggestion about an o.k. hospital.

If present myself at a hospital what do I tell them that gets me help without getting me locked up?

I wonder if you went and told them you need a change in medication and your current psychiatrist is failing you and you need help and you are not psychotic.

I called a help line and talked to someone for 20 mins. The guy had a soothing voice.

I am glad that you called the help line are were able to talk to someone with a soothing voice. Have you come up with something that you can be comfortable with....out patient therapy
Tell us more if you want to. maybe a short hospital stay would be good.
Are you unhappy with your meds?
Have you called your pdoc today?
What do you want to do?
(((((HUGS))))
I am sorry you are going thru this rough time right now.

I called pdoc for an appointment earlier today but canceled when I saw how
the day was going.

I had a lot to do for work and it was hard. Also I think I found
what might be a huge error that I made about one year ago.
Someone else can probably fix it but I feel bad.:(

It was paperwork which means that I can exactly look back and totally remember that I did that paperwork on a day
when I was unfocused due to sleep deprivation/meds/depression
or whatever. .

. .So embarrassing. I hope it gets worked out by someone
with a working brain.

Apparently people with depression and anxiety can take 900 to 2,000 mg a day. I saw that some people can take up to take 4,800 mg/day.

What do you think?

I emailed my pdoc that I need to see her soon and will call her office Monday for an appt.

My insurance company cut me down from 600mg daily to 300 after years of taking Gabapentin. They said it was too big of a daily dose.
