You have been very busy. This often makes me feel worse before I start feeling better.
I agree that once the procedure is behind you, so to speak, then you will perhaps feel releaved. I am proude of you for making the appointment! That is a great accomplishment. I hope the anxiety lessens. I deal with anxiety and would like to kick its butt for all of us! |

he didn't give me anything for my stomach. He thought the depakote was finally out of my system and that is why I stopped having indigestion. I called robert and he is okay. He is really having trouble with his dog. all i wanted was cheese and ice cream and strawberries. Nothing appeals to me right now.nothing low fattening.

out of control. I ate a pound of cheese and of course that upset my stomach. I ate the ice cream also. I am depressed and so anxious. My gp cancelled my appt so I can't see him til august 7th. I just took a bath and it didn't make me feel better. I also took a nap to escape the anxiety and depression. I will try to read.I am worried about Pudge. I haven't seen her drink water. I hope the air conditioner comes soon

You are not alone and we know this feeling. Let us hold your hand.
I hope you had a good sleep and feel better this morning. I try to do two thing in the morning. Gently breath to count of four exhale count of six. stretch my body, in bed and at the bed side, and drink a glass of room temp water. Three things to get things moving. Self care helps lighten my mood fresh each day. I may do this breathing and stretching several times a day or night, just the breathing exercise. My mind can spiral in thought and I feel worse if I don't stop it and start fresh. I wipe away all the mind history. You are doing the best you can. Please don't be so critical of self. Some days all I can eat is cheese and egg. Or toast, cereal. I know not the best but our GI situation dictates are appetite. I do take supplements because I know I would be less balanced otherwise. Sorry for the long post |

thanks so much. what supplements do you take? it is so strange that most foods don't appeal to me. when I was a little girl only a few foods appealed to me. My anxiety has lessened. I am scared the doctor will find cancer when he does the colonoscopy. I always think the worse. Last night I bought an alarm clock. I usually wake up at five but I have to be at the appointment at 8:00. right now cheese and ice cream don't appeal to me. I only want coffee.
