cecilia told me I should buy my own air conditioner. she has a lot more money than I have. Her boyfriend left her 4000 dollars a month. she had two lawsuits where she was hurt and got a lot of money for them. she has good social security and a pension. she keeps on bringing up how my rich nephews don't help me. That hurts big time.
robert might come over to help me with my blood pressure machines but I told him he shouldn't because my apartment is so very hot. the fan does sh@t. books came yesterday from one of my favorite authors. I will take a bath to try to cool off and then read. abby was very playful this morning. I think the heat is really getting to the kitty cats. Robert sent me another picture of Danny working on one of the bones I gave him. I am so happy I did it. I stop my blood thinner medication and tomorrow my diabetes medicine until after the colonoscopy.
off to take my medicine and a bath. I probably will go down to the lobby later to cool off. I have a slight headache from the heat. My stomach is off. I took too many laxatives yesterday. I am still listening to Josh groban

Do you call every day about your AC?maybe even twice a day?

It sounds like you are trying to make the best out of the hot situation. I wonder if your nephews would help if they knew about the issue? Perhaps you prefer not to involve them. I would in a kind gentle way. Cecilia might help also. Window untils are not terribly expensive. I worry about you and the effect this is having on your overall well being.

I enjoy Josh. My brother saw him in concert. My daughter saw Cher and Paul McCartney this year so far. I listen to Canadian Tenors on UTube.

my only sister Myra who died a few years ago never liked me. When we were very young my father favored me and I think she was always jealous. she was also the biggest social climber and I had no contact with my nephews until she died. They know my close friend pays my rent and she isn't rich the way they are. I really don't think they care. It hurts. Cecilia can be very insensitive.
The building is supposed to supply me with an air conditioner. I have also tried to provoke them into action by a couple of times have lying on the couch in the lobby. I was finally told not to do that.
The concerts sound so wonderful! I wonder what Josh Groban is like in person.

I would tell them that you wouldn't be laying on the couches in
the lobby if you had an air conditioner in your apartment.

That you are 76 and that the heat isn't good for you. And that
when the air conditioner is fixed you will gladly not lay on the couches.

And that you will be more than happy to have that stop.

I wouldn't let them get to you about that. Remind them that
its not your fault your there laying on the couch. Its the managements
that cant seem to find an air conditioner or more fans for you.

I think you probably do need a higher dose of the Linzess, or if that doesn't help, there is another very good prescription IBS med out there, whose name is escaping me. Gas-X or Beano should help with the lower abdominal pain, but IDK how many OTC meds you are taking for your stomach/constipation right now? Some of them could be interacting with one another...

I think you need to try and stop taking the otc ones since your

i am now nauseated. I will probably go downstairs soon. last night was the first time I took magnesium citrate and phillips together. I will ask the doctor for another prescription. I looked up air conditioners. they are expensive
