that is great about sleep. I wound up finally going to sleep. Then woke up and later went back to sleep for an hour. Now am on my third cup of coffee. I just take two minutes to brush my teeth.My pills are taken at dinner time and one a few hours later. Then I try to get Abby or Pudge to come. Abby usually visits for a little and I pet her. For the most part now, Pudge no longer sleeps on the bed. rats.

I don't know what gives. I took the high dosage and I am not agitated or jittery but I continue to spend. Maybe I am just exhausted

you know bobby that taking antidepressants can lead to mania when not taken with a mood stabilizer.

I know but my doctor hasn't put me on one. I will see how the lower dose works. I might wind up making an appt soon to ask about a mood stabilizer. I can't remember if I was on geodon. I can't afford to get fatter.Can you believe I just bought more books and toys for Abby and am bidding on another tunic?

I can't have lamictal-it affected my gums and I can't have abilify because it caused involuntary movement. Topamax didn't do anything. Depakote destroyed me!

I think I tried geodon. I will wait until I see if the lower dosage of aplenzin makes me less manic before I will call the psychiatrist's office and see if I can find out. I think I remember seeing a bottle of it.I really feel so hopeless. My eating and spending are out of control.With my friend's help, I think I have enough money to last me til I die. My sleeping is awful. Right now I am depressed. I am seeing my close friend who I love and rarely see tonite. I am taking her out for her birthday. Right now I dread it.I don't want her to see how unhappy I am. It really upsets her. I just feel so awful. Then a former close friend called last night and I couldn't wait to get off the phone. She lives in Penn. and said she will try to make it into the city. She called to say that her daughter is going to have a baby girl. She is having surgery on her other breast but they are sure it is not cancer. She had breast cancer on her other breast. To calm Suri when she has aches and pains I am supposed to her that her doctor said that cancer doesn't hurt.
Another close friend called up and all she did was complain.Her children are so selfish. From a whole floor on Park Avenue after her divorce she moved into a lovely apartment on East End Avenue with just one bedroom. The maintenance keeps on going up . Her daughter who lives in Switerland stays in her apartment when she comes often to the states. She insists on talking a bath every night when she comes home late and then every morning uses the bathroom to wash and blow dry her hair.The bathroom is right next to the one bedroom. She send packages from Amazon to Zeynep's apartment and Zeynep doesn't have that much space. She also fills Zeynep's bin with books and things leaving her with little space.That was awful.
. I did enjoy the tennis and finished a book I really enjoyed. I had read it before. I might start a new book now.
I hate bipolar. Is it okay just to read and pet my cats? I looked into access a ride to save money on cabs but the reviews were so bad I can't take the pressure. I think I am restarting a book I partially read and I like the author.

I can't remember if you have a smart phone or not. If you do then you could use uber on it.....

I just got a smartphone but only know how to make calls. also I have a hard time using my hand because of the stroke. I don't know if they charge extra for aide. I just realized they could type in the information.
