thanks. had a big fight with Stella.am going to make another appointment with the g,i, doctor. the laxative on triple dose still not working. had potato chips last night and hamburg. I feel so gassy and so uncomfortable. I finally too magnesium citrate and phillips caplets.

I am going to get some mag citrate today

as I have not gone to the bathroom in 4-5 days.
The lithium was causing diarrhea so I only took 2 mag oxide pills.
I usually take 3 pills. So for the past 2 nights I have taken 4 without any results.

how awful. I bought a lot of bottles of it because it has always worked except once. I know a cheap place if you want to order a lot. 1.99
walmart sells it but it is out of stock right now but if I remember it is only 99 cents. I just bought a liter container to make sure I drink enough water. Now I have to force myself to use the bike.

I ended up just taking 4 mag oxide pills for 2 days and that worked so I did not have to take the mag citrate thankfully.

Also, I periodically follow my mdoc's suggestion from two (or three?) years ago:



Take one Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with one glass of water (and to rinse the vinegar from my mouth and teeth with water.)

I went back to sleep and had the worse realistic nightmare about my mother and sister. I wound up not having all my favorite things and hardly having anything and was told there was no money to replace them.They left them some where. In reality they were so cruel to me. Late in her life my mother told me that the state could take care of me. She even gave money to my nephews who one became a millionaire, another one a possible billionaire and another very well off.Their father is a millionaire. I found out by accident when the accountant mentioned how much my mother had to pay gift taxes. I at first didn't know what she was talking about.
I will never get over my mother's cruelty. I am so depressed.My close friend knew how scared about not having a home and having to live in a shelter that she offered to pay my rent. SHE HAS NOW BEEN DOING IT FOR OVER EIGHT YEARS.
My mother really poisoned me. I am so depressed. four months before she died she spoke to me and said she loved me. My sister died a few years ago.
Her heart and lungs didn't work together so she was on oxygen for at least two years. when her doctor told her he couldn't help her anymore, she rapidly declined and died. I had sent her flowers when my nephew said how bad she was but to save money I had them sent the next day so she never knew I sent them. It was a beautiful orchid. One of the kids took it.

I can't let him know. That is why I left more toys with the doorman and didn't suggest he come up. Marci finished the last can of noodle soup.
