I have been having a dispute with an amazon seller about a misrepresented webcam. In the middle of the night I was chatting with an amazon assistant and I think I finally made progress. I really enjoyed myself and got slightly manic. It is more about the principle than the money. I think I started flirting and it was fun besides learning a few things about the computer. I am still smiling. This is when bipolar is fun.
Robert also came over and got rid of the annoying sign in on the computer and also showed me a couple of computer things.
I also get a high when I am chatting with helpers and then tell them to be safe,
I can't wait to tell Marci that one of amazon assistants was talking from Jamaica.
I had so much fun with her.
I enjoyed my conversation with my friendly Friday caller Alana. She is so sharp.

m y new therapist just called and set up a phone appt for thursday at one. He sounded nice

I have so many issues. I realized that most he can't help me with-what is is but maybe he can help me not to worry as much and help me sleep longer/
I have had so much trouble getting my money back from a misrepresented webcam. It really became the principle rather than the money. The new therapist uses zoom.
Finally in the middle of the night the issue was resolved I hope. After another amazon assistant reviewed the case and the latest emails, she told me I would get a full refund of 50 dollars and if I get the package I could just keep it. I was thrilled and of course slept about two hours.

the new therapist is 62 and he has had a lot of experience. I told him a lot more than I thought I was going to tell him. He was more business like than warm. He didn't seem empathetic but more goal oriented. We are going to try to work on less catastrophic worrying or worrying in general and being negative and see what I could add to my life at this late stage. He was pleased that I am taking religion courses at Dorot and asked if I lit Sabbath candles. I told her I was terrified of fire because of my explosion and he suggested electrical ones. i hope it works out. i hate torturing myself by always thinking the worse.
