I don't think she thinks that I was manic.
we talked to jeff. He said he could not tell.

She said it was fine that I work tomorrow.
I stopped by and saw hattie, she is sleeping a lot they say....she looks comfortable...so the pain meds are working.
Not sure what we are going to do with her, she will stay at the vets until tomorrow for sure and maybe longer. At this point it is up to Jeff.
so I will be limiting my time on here.

Oh...so you'll still be checking in here, Bizi?? Yea I worry about my doctor possibly telling me to go off the internet too (As you know because I told you before). Hopefully that won't happen, but I really do need to learn how to streamline. If you are hanging around, could you tell me how you went about deciding where to stay and where you could cut back?? You can PM if that's more comfortable for you.

Anyway, my "coffee break" is about over, so I need to close down things myself right now so I can get everything that needs to get done , well, done! :P

cutting back on number of times that I get on. during the day.
maybe we can set timers and only be on for let us say 15 minutes. or half an hour.
jeff is due home in about a half an hour so that is good.

I actually made chilli so I know that I am better.

I wish I had an old fashioned timer. There's one on my phone, but it takes more time getting it set up than it does actually spending the alloted time...especially if it's 15 minutes. Wow! Maybe 30 minutes is doable...if I get right back on in 2 minutes. lol
Again, good ideas, but I'm having a hard time...I'd really have to prioritize where I go because I literally can spend up to 3 hours straight in the morning of being online and not checking a place twice...know what I mean?? ...ok, well, maybe I DO go back and forth with conversations in threads sometimes...maybe I can start by working on that...posting in a thread only once in a day maybe. Maybe??

My folks are still in florida and now my older sis has joined up with them.

The meeting with Dr. Orazio went well....I don't think that she believes me that I was manic.

I went to go visit hattie today, they are keeping her an extra day so I brought more cat food fancy feast she loves that food!

I start seeing clients tomorrow afternoon. 3 on the books.
I changed both of the phone messages to say that I was not accepting any new clients at this time. my calendar is full for march.
I also put it out there on face book too.
It feels empowering to set limits, 4 people a day and only monday thru fridays no saturdays anymore,

saturday will be a work in the yard or clean house day.

I'm on again too, but I am waiting for someone who only comes on at night. I really think I'm gonna have to put my foot down though and stick to PMs.. But I've said it twice already and I continue to go back on my word thinking I just really like chatting with this person and they like it too. I don't wanna disappoint, but, this does waste a lot of time and hubby keeps saying I spend too much time online. He's not wrong.

Wow! Tuesday already? I'll bet it was long for you, but it seems like you were just talking about Jeff returning Tuesday like it was so far off. Anyway, glad he's home with you now.

I found myself sorta picking as I read this post and I immediately stopped. So that's good...the stopping part. Problem is last night was not such a good night for this. I too have a nail pretty short and my cuticle are bad and I am tender to the tough, so doing housework today wasn't as fun. I recently joined a FB group on this stuff and posted today. Haven't checked yet for replies. Not sure if ill get the help I need there, but it was worth a try as my fingertips are pretty much too bad to do much more at this point. I mean, yeah it's gross, but I've had worse (blisters and bad skin from eczema), but that wasn't by my own doing really. Both suck, but with picking there's the added shame as opposed to just feeling sorry for myself.

My hair isn't horrible today if I don't shower.

It is 9 and jeff just left for school. Not a word was mentioned about Hattie.
I told them yesterday that I did not know when we would

come...when hubby would decide.
they said that was fine. I brought over 4 more cans of fancy feast.
They have become quite attached to her.
She is a sweet cat, and I hate to see her suffering.
The pain meds are working, gabepentin twice a day.
I am going to make me some tea though coffee sounds really good,
don't need any stimulant though.
I am hungry too. weighed 185.5 this morning so that is down from what I thought!
Supposed to call this client just to ensure that they still want me to come today.
The town is called New Iberia and about a 50 minute ride.
Hubby liked the chilli alot and thanked me again for making it this morning,
We shall have it again tonight, as I probably won't get home before 5;30.
I took pork chopps and chicken out of the freezer but they take a couple

of days to thaw. I have never really tried using the microwave to defrost food.
I need to get a birthday card into the mail for dad March 9th.
I take 8 pills of tegretol a day...1600mg she is checking my sodium level because

that can be a side effect, low.

I've read you and/or folks talking of this before. Oddly, I used to take it, not even sure exactly why. If I remember I can bring it up at my next appointment...im hesitant because I already take so many vitamins, supplements and medications already. Sigh!
