Hi, GeeLuv, I was thinking if you could get some eye drops at the store, you know & read the lable so you can choose the right one to soothe tired eyes? Also, re: your 3 meeger visits with a therapist, maybe you could write a short list of your main issues that you can hand to the therapist right away? That could save some time. I hope it all works out for you! Hugs & love to you!

gee, remember to take good care of yourself, There maybe something going on with that one eye. If it was from the computer than I would think it would have happened to both eyes, don't know you should have it looked at.have you tried eye drops, hot compresses, eye jels that you use at night they are thicker and you can't see for a bit after you put them in. I used them for dry eyes, very soothing.

Gee

Take your self to.the doctor about the eye it could be an infection. Or even something like dry eye. Which if it's dry eye you can try drops first.

Please get it seen if it continues

IBS is acting up tonight from stress of late. Also, what is abbreviated as EM has been flaring up past few days too. (It's my autoimmune disorder. I haven't explained it really here yet) but the IBS is more pressing. I am so tired of stress and anxiety. Thinking of skipping coffee.

Anxiety from trying to juggle home crap with this therapy crap. I don't want to jinx it, but I think I'm making headway. Will call the t's office again tomorrow and try to get an appointment. Then more anxiety about how and where I'm going to do the sessions. But trying to remember one step at a time.

Also, the eye seems much better. Oddly, it's showing more now though (the bump), but maybe it was just too red and sore before to get a good look (it's inside the lid. Eek! Gross! Blech! ) Eye stuff does cringe me out, but it's kinda cool to see it and hopefully confirm it's a stye and nothing worse. What ****** me off is I looked it up and told hubby it's from stress not necessarily the internet. I use the internet all the time, but this stress and discord has been awful lately. He just says "fine. Do whatever and be miserable as long as you want". I swear to God...i mean, it is healing even, but does he bother to notice or ask how im feeling? No! Grr.

Sigh! Deep breath. I told him I'm sick tonight so he needs to make coffee. Let's see if he actually does it. He was whining. I mean, I know he's having long days too, but he doesn't even recognize that anyone else, especially me who "has it made! Has a lifeothers dream of!" could possibly be stressed or tired. (Gee, I really Hope I remember these arguments for my appointments... meh! Tummy ache again!...oh, false alarm? Oh Ok good)

Ok, but I do know I need to rest my eye, but I still don't believe internet caused it. Ok, resting now. I'm preoccupied lately, but I do think of all of you and try to keep up to date offline...i am missing some, and will probably forget even more, lol, but I am trying and I do care.

*grouphug*

Edit: I'm reading all your comments here too but kinda tried to answer all in one post...but yet, wanted to say that Bizi, your comment was most helpful. If internet, both eyes and the hot compress thing.. I have been doing the hot compress since you mentioned it (2 Or 3 days) k bye folks!

IBS is a b@#tch. I have been up all night with pain. I didn't know you had it too. I am so sorry about your husband. That sounds like a bigger pain and hurt.

Bobby-I don't know if I experience exactly the same, but GP called it this. I don't usually get the longtime stomachache. I have it for a bit and then go to the bathroom and sometimes it's better and sometimes it hurts a bit longer, but usually passes as I pass, if you catch my drift. Ha!

----------------

But I guess I'm a tad late to add this, because I fell asleep, but wanted to go on record saying H actually reminded me of the hot comppress first (he had a stye not long ago), but of course, he said it in an unpleasant way...but he was still right and helpful.

Also, even though nothing has really changed, I needed this as much as he did, so when he asked for cuddles to sleep, I agreed to it and feel more relaxed. I forgot to mention it, but I refused the night before and it sucked. I felt bad. I missed out on it. And he tossed and turned. And then I felt guilty the whole of yesterday. I mean, he can't expect this all the time, but it is a good way for us to have a time out and reset. I know he's under a lot of stress at work. Just wish he could realize and own up to the stress he puts me through. But anyway...focusing on the positives. He also made that coffee. K, back to bed soon. I hope!

Hugs everyone!

Donna, Waking Light, and Bizi (and everyone for good measure)-I'm sorry folks! I'm quite the idiot after a long stressful day and/or half awake. I meant to add that all of your advice was helpful and good and I took all of it actually. I mean, if this wasn't a stye and seemingly healing with the warm compress (suggested by Bizi and my own hubby), I would have had it checked...and drops are an option too, but i also forgot that was the post about the therapy advice too...so just wanted to say thank you formally to everyone. I really wasn't trying to play favorites. I'm just an idiot with wording sometimes.

-----------------------------------

and I'm awake again because I'm just so hungry. Well, in a way this is good to take my aspirin dose at the right time for once. ha! (aspirin is for the EM btw. I could spell it out, the disorder as I saw there was once a member here with it, but that was ages ago and I also don't want to bring attention to it. It's scary having a rare thing and that others suffer way worse and I don't want to be reminded of the pain or that it could get worse...ahh...I guess I should take this moment to count my blessings. Thank God, the worst is in the past. Hopefully it stays that way though. This was a long "aside" lol) Anyway, will finishe eating, then likely go back to sleep.

For the therapy, it's weird how I have a different phone number. Since I didn't want to wake hubby, I sent an email asking about this as well as to schedule with the new therapist. It's weird, but everything checked out, so I dunno. Fingers crossed I get an appointment set today!

oh i see. I looked it up and actually I guess I still do actually have it, but gah! I'd hate to be in all that pain for very long. I don't know if I qualify as having the "c" added, because it's rarely that bad and I also alternate with "d".

on more pleasant thoughts-yea, cuddles was good. but when we got up in the night and then went back to sleep, he wanted more and I was spent. ha! I think he managed to sleep eventually. I dunno. but maybe we can make up for it in the day sometime??? or tonight??? sigh! yeah, hard times, but cuddles do help. thanks Bobby!
