I always have trouble sleeping. My nerves are totally shot. first the air conditioner problem, then the phone problem,then the flood and three rugs that need to be cleaned. I am terrified that the super will say they won't pay for the cleaning. then no power for phone, internet and when i turned on the tv another fuse blew so no tv.. somebody unplugged my router and i couldn't again use the internet and phone. somebody also turned off my speakers. eddie plugged in the router and i got back my phone and the internet. i was so greatful to him i insisted he take a tip. he was also the one to check to see if the main plug was in because he said this time it wasn't a fuse. somehow the plug was half out. i don't know why that suddenly happened.eddie came twice so i gave him two tips. i have been swearing so much and using the f word. i am so out of control. my ibs is worse now but i tried ginger supplements and they seem to help the nausea. i don't know what will help the bloating.
i still haven't gotten the signed lease and i have to take money out of my savings which frightens me. .i have been using the ac non stop and a lot of times with the fan. i refuse to take my blood pressure. i am on 2 pills for it but i am afraid it is now sky high. i am too terrified to take it.
pudge has been spending a lot of time with me.

I have been on it for about two weeks. the lemon and baking soda worked yesterday but now I am beginning to get a stomach ache again. I will try it again as soon as I finish posting. I want to look it up on the internet again to see what it was supposed to do. I think it really helped with the gas. yesterday i was finally comfortable. I was scared to go to the bank because of it being 93.. Marcia told me to hold her hand and that helped big time..what a relief to get that over with.
I am also going to look up how much buspar one can take. I haven't taken my antidepressant yet so I am depressed. I guess I should take that before I do anything else..

Management contacted me and said I WILL GET MY LEASE TOMORROW. I had a nice couple of exchanges with her. I told her about my anxiety and she wrote back and said she suffers from it too. I suggested chamomile tea and lavender essential oil and then next one I told her whom my psychiatrist is and sent her a link to a lot of his reviews. she appreciated it.

there was a power outage on the upper east. everything just turned off.i didn't freak out. when i was finally
able to reach the doorman, he told me. i almost called 911.

I think that every morning I will say a prayer for suri. when i did it i felt good and not sad.
kathy whom i fought with called alice the other say. they haven't spoken to each other in a year or two. alice didn't know about the fight. i told alice a lot of the things that kathy did or did not do say and how she also lied. i told alice i was too fragile to deal with her anymore. i told alice that kathy would be very pleasant to her but if she calls please do not talk about me..
i had such a stomach ache last night and this morning. i don't have one now. such a poor quality of life. marci threw out or took a lot of my food. i just don't know what to eat and i am now afraid of food. i am not afraid of coffee or gingerlemon tea. it is great.
my kitty cats have been so super duper-so affectionate and bringing me so much joy. i have never seen this before but after pudge used the litter box she used the top of the box and started cleaning her paws. i am going to call joyce and tell her.
i hope my volunteer calls today. i will write down the name of the website he mentioned. i don't mention that i am bipolar.
the antidepressant kicked in this morning thank God.

i freaked out last night. my ooma phone stopped working. i unplugged and counted to twenty but it didn't work. same thing happened when i tried it again.i called ooma for help through chat and then the blue light went on again. i was so afraid that it wouldn't be working when the volunteer called me.

Hi Bobby, I'm sorry I didn't know Suri. Also, it seems the rise in covis cases is turning things around again. Maybe that's a sign that we will be out of the woods a bit sooner? I hope so. Hugs & love to you & your kitties!
