it is. i am not anxious or feel stressed and not worrying. I was a little depressed though. Reading isn't that easy anymore. that is one of my big escapes. I just ordered another set of reading glasses with a higher strength. It would be so great if that saffron extract helped my eyesight.
I have two doctors' appts this week and I am not anxious-wow.
I am upset about my over eating and over spending..
the arnica may be working. I feel less pain all over.
I can't believe it but I cleaned up to put away papers. I did scan them on my computer.
I played with the kitty cats and have thrown out most of my tea. I am pretty sure that the medication has gotten rid of the IBS..
I am not happy and probably a lot of it is being old. I do feel mentally ill..

i gained seven pounds-scary-just got on the scale. knew it was going to be bad. before I gained a lot of weight on risperdal. hope that I will get used to the medicine and not be so hungry

eat 5 small meals a day for one thing. This will help your diabetes
and the need to eat. Yes, I know it sounds like you will gain weight
but its what we are told when we need to lose weight and are hungry.
Or at least I was told.

Also try finding foods like vegetables that you can eat. And I believe
fruits are good too. Also proteins are good for you. Start drinking
water also.

thanks so very much. I know I have to start drinking a lot more water. I do love arugula and watercress and romaine lettuce. rats I also like salad dressing. I have been afraid to eat other vegetables that might trigger my IBS like cauliflower, brussel sprouts,and broccoli but maybe my new medication will now let me.
I will try five times a day.
I talk to a nutritionist on the 23 for my diabetes.

it is the mood stabilizer Vraylar. an antipsychotic.
my anxiety is through the roof now.I never use them anymore because they don't take epic roof now. my doctor sent the prescriptions to the wrong f@#king pharmacy.
I cancelled them and hope they got it right and sent an explanation to my doctor. I told them to send me an email confirming the cancellation. i am not sure if they take epic and have been waiting for a few days for my doctor to send in the prescription to see if epic covers it. I am sure they will.
right ow my anxiety is so bad the medication isn't working.

that might be things you can eat. I'd talk to the dietician about what
kinds are going to be best.

I too, suggest advil as it is an anti inflammatory, tylenol is good for fevers.
both meds are good but have to be careful how much you take as it can effect your kidneys or your liver.
but just stick to the doses suggested on the labels.
We had chinese food the other night it was good. sashwan chicken mild spicyness.I did not used to get the rice and just asked for more veggies. but this time I had the pork fried rice, it was very good!

The drug thing is a f@#king mess. I probably won't get it through epic. I am going to my doctor on thursday and pick up samples. I don't know if he will keep on supplying me with them. I seem to be handling it well. i think without the drug i would be a depressed anxious zombie.. It is a miracle drug for me. sh@t.
I magically lost some weight but now I afraid to look at scale. I go to my gp and a new cardiologist today. My lower back and walking are a little better. yesterday I felt so much pain.

i just bought the generic of advil.

I don't get exactly back pain. Just sometimes. When I fall.

But sometimes for headaches I take it. I usually take two every
4 hours. But that is just what works for me.

REad the label about how much to take.My mother used to take a lot of it for her arthritis but is on a blood thinner so can't take it and she really hurts. It is in her hands/thumbs from years of working in the yard chomping down bushes with heavy loppers

my doctor told me to use advil 3 or 4 times a day. I had a check up today.

Epic can;'t pay for my medication. I just paid 190 for a three months supply and then will buy it again while I am still in the catastrophic zone.
I wrote my doctor and told him what I did and was scared about how many pills can he can give me.

So I think going ahead and paying for it was a good choice.
I think you might also remember when you want a new piece
