blue berries are so good and good for us!Slim fast makes these high protein drinks, they have a milk derivative so it you are lactose intolerant they are lactose free. one drink is supposed to hold you over for 4 hours, which is impressive. It is called advanced nutrition 20grams of protein 2 net carbs, 180 calories per meal replacement shake. I get the creamy chocolate. They come 4 to a pack and run about $8. I think.

i am really quirky about food. most of the time nothing appeals to me. I just ordered wonderslim or something like that.

Since I have never heard of the high protein ones I would say no.

they are low sugar net 2 carbs. 180 calories and supposed to last 4 hours, meal replacement.

scale says i gained back the weight. just took a bath. am so depressed. i lost a set of household keys. my toilet was clogged on sunday. something might have dropped in it. the super used a snake finally but he still thinks somethings in there. robert will take me get my vaccine. he is so kind to me. God bless him. Yesterday he and Marci cleaned my computer. even the mouse and vacuumed the inside. Stella said the vaccine will kill me. I can't talk to her much.
am ready to use the walker in the hall. my friend called me yesterday and said if I don't exercise my walking will get worse. that scared me. love bobby |

Think of the walker as a friend to use in the hall so that if you get tired and need to sit down you can. Also that way you can walk more often when you want too. Also you can exercise more. By finding some exercises that you can do by standing with the walker and doing them. Weird as it sounds. I don't remember exactly but I knew my mom used to do some with her walker. Donna
