Dear Bobby, I'm so glad your ac is working reliably now, & it's not costing you as much as you expected. That's great. I think for your kitties, too. All is fine with me right now. I just will be so glad when this pandemic thing is over. And it will be over at some point, so I am hanging in there & staying safe. God bless you Bobby! & take care.

When it comes to IBS, I've always found that when you find foods that are soothing to eat a few. And to try and keep up with them as much as possible. I have ulceritis colitis and I have to watch what I eat. But I've figured out what taste good for my stomach. My son has crohns, and he has to really watch what he eats, because his stomach will hurt but he will find things that are okay and eat them as much as he can. It is hard, but its doable. Donna

i take a bath and wash my hair practically every morning. my volunteer didn't call. i guess he has gotten too busy. i will miss him

And this pandemic wears down everybody & the best of people end up breaking promises they can't keep, & may feel bad & sad about it. Maybe that goes on with some of the people you care about, Bobby? I feel better now. the antidepressant kicked in and I just have gas pains. I am reading a book that I am enjoying.
I am worried about Aleya, one of my volunteers. She is going to a birthday party of 15 people on a roof and there will be a lot of drinking and they won't be able to use their masks.She just dog sat for a week for a friend and applied to foster a dog. She is excited about Biden's running mate because she is Indian too. She is a really good person and very bright and I can talk about my problems with her and she also talks about hers. Therapy went okay. He really knows a lot about Judaism, I mentioned a Psalm and he knew it and gave me more understanding of it. bobby |

I am glad that you will try a mood stabilizer. which one?lamictal is a great mood stabilizer, can't remember if you have tried it before.
