Survived the witching hours so today is my 3rd day not drinking.
The more days I get the easier it is.
I know my health will be better. Am really hoping
I can lose some of this weight....too too heavy.
And I refuse to buy new scrubs even when these are

so tight. I bought all new underwear a size bigger

than I have ever worn.

I believe Jeff thinks if he encourages you to drink you will not think
your an alcoholic. He just doesn't want to be the only one drinking
at times. I think it might be that he needs to figure out a way to
accept the fact like you have that you have a problem. And then figure
out a way to help you. That he can accept. So maybe he needs to
go to a class, and I'm afraid he might need you to accompany him
to the class. I know that sounds like a weird idea. But maybe its like the
way those of us with family with an family member with things like bi-polar,
anxiety, depression, and other things. Have to figure out how to accept this
to learn how to help that person first. So that they can accept it too.

In this case Bizi, you have accepted your first issues Bi-polar, now you have
accepted you are alcoholic, now he just needs to catch up with you.

I'm so happy you are back to some af days. Yah, keep them up.

Getting ready to take a trip to see my family in Indiana.
Am a bit anxious about this. For three days I will be

staying at my folks house in northern IN.
I asked mom what she wanted me to do to help with

the yard. She wants me to weed the area in front

of the bay window in the living room and the bricks

in the front of the house, it is actually the back of
the house. It is an old farm house. Mom has many
garden beds to tend to and she loves working in
the yard and cooking, she is a great cook.
My sisters live in the state and help out going up
monthly to help with chores. They are a big help.
I feel bad that I can't help out living 1000 miles a way.
I have extra klonipin to take if I need it.
We have 7 nights booked into a hotel. Everything

is so expensive, renting a car, air flight, hotels.
This will be the last time that we will fly because

of my e-credit from a canceled trip due to covid.
That is until we take a big trip overseas to
celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.
anyway,I have not seen my folks in a year
because they canceled christmas last year,
due to covid fears. They are in their 80's so I get that.
It will be good to see my sisters and Brother-in-law too.
I will be traveling with jeff so that is good. I hate traveling alone.

Have a great time. Make sure to take garden gloves for the weeding.
Also its been raining a lot around Indiana so I hope its nice when you
get here. Its not stopping soon. But by next weekend its supposed
to be nicer. But the humidity is bad. Bring appropriate clothing for
sure.

And you will need to drink water here. So make sure you do.
