i change it once a week. robert got back to me and said he was available after 3 ever weekday. She didn't have an accident last night today i finally woke up and I wasn't depressed. I had oatmeal last night and my stomach didn't bother me all night and I went.
oh and my cats don't kick litter out of the box. I am bipolar 2 with generalized anxiety disorder and I forgot what else. this is my chemistry. I can't get rid of it. love bobb y |

hi bobby,
I am going to ask you for an exercise to do. take out a piece of paper or a journal something that you can go to and reference. I would like you to write down different adjectives to describe what feelings you have either experienced through out your day. try to come up with different words to describe how you are feeling. What does feeling depressed feel like? can you describe it with out using the word depressed? just wondering if you could be a bit more descriptive. If not I would understand. That is a hard one. I am practically always isolated. When the nurse gave me a blood test it was so nice having a human hand touch me. I usually always have stomach aches during the night. My sleeping is poor. The news gets me angry. my trouble walking gets me angry. The dentures bother me. I might now be allergic to my cats. I itch a lot. I really don't eat anything good. I do enjoy reading but have cataracts that interfere with the reading. My doctor will remove them next year. I have no family but just very painful memories. II spend too much money on ebay

i am going to call the dents tomorrow for a cleaning and I am not sure what else. I have turning to God today and that I should fear him.

i woke up and wasn't depressed. I decidedd to watch the news. my dental appoinment is may 11 at one. I have lost three pounds and trying to eat less
