depression comes with the territory of bipolar 2. it is chemical. she definitely can help me with the non bipolar 2 depression. she already has helped me in some of conflicts. it is truly amazing. she is so special. she had me write a list of things i was proud of. it was such a struggle and painful. i need to feel humble and i detest arrogance. bipolar2 has helped me not to be arrogant.
then she said that i can thank God for giving me my achievements and then be able to accept them. that was so brilliant. fondly bobby |
