it is definitely depression I think I feel it during the night too. It is also sadness too. I am still not going to ebay but i really miss the temporary high.

I am sorry that you are sad. From your history you have had trauma and loss of your family and friends you have every right to be sad. But I would hope for your sake that you move on and place that all in the back of your memory.
Grieving takes as long as it takes. and there is no right way to grieve as you know. love to you tonight. You are a sweet lady. love bizi

I really think it is chemical. right now. i have two therapists. when i get really happy i crash. i go to the other extreme.

yesterday was so awful. marci was so bossy. robert came over to help clean the computer. later he was playing music. marci kept on saying come over and i said no my foot hurts.she knew i was angry and depressed and didn't feel well when she came.
then i told her to hold danny because my allergy was kicking up and she wouldn't. then robert said i needed the exercise. again i said no my foot really hurts. then marci started trying to boss some more. later i talked to aaron who won medals in running. I described my injury and he said it needs rest and not exercise. marci isn't going to apologize. love very upset bobby who also hates to be bossed |
