gee love post where ever you like.We are such a small forum there is plenty of time to read everyones threads.

went to cracker barrel for dinner tonight. We had a gift card left over from christmas. I had breakfast and jeff had dinner.
meal was late in coming we waited for ever I was getting a hypo glycemic head ache.finally the food was delivered.I had 2 egg whites scrambled with turkey sausage and green beans they let me swap out the grits.
and then a cup of fruit.strawberries blue berries, and pineapple yum!
they were understaffed We have always been served right away. it took no less than 45 minutes to get our food.
anyway,
I only had one " beer" today. I got home late and only had one "beer" because we were going out to eat and my cut off time is 7;30. went
to world market and got some lingonberries to add to the cranberry sauce like I made last year with manderin oranges.It was a big hit.

We went to the grocery store to pick up the makings for green bean casserole. We were told to also bring fruit salad.jeff doesn't want to bring this too. somebody is bring pies.There will be a girl there who is gluten intolerant.She won't be eating any of my green bean dish because of the french fried onions rings.
maybe that is why he wanted us to bring fruit too for her???
anyway, my lower back still hurts but I have found a way to deal with the spasms.suck in my gut and pull my shoulders back.
being on the computer after a while hurts my back.
unfortunately my moms back is painful they were going to go down to gretchens for thanksgiving but backed out do to moms back.
I feel sorry for her.She must have done something she should have done this is so depressing for her she is used to being so active.
They did invite us up for christmas at the folks house.
They live In northern Indiana, one mile from the michigan border. A lovely old farm house. my back is tensing up so I need to get off the computer.

I forgot when I was having pain in my back and legs my neighbor Rick who probably knows more about the body then physical therapists and who is in his eighties and still exercises and has a beautiful body still told me to lie on my back and hold a bent leg to my chest for a count of 40 and then do the other leg. It helped big time. Since I fell getting of the bathtub in the beginning of October I haven't tried it. I guess I should start again.

that's a good exercise. you can also do both legs at a time. it's called the wind relieving pose. haha

I wouldn't necessarily say I have back problems, but it has been getting sore with a lot of activitiy and during my periods, so I've had to do these resting exercises too.

My back is better because I am consciously trying to use better posture.suck in my gut sit up straight and walk more up right shoulders back chest forward.
It really is helping.
down to 188.5 today so happy with that. down 12 pounds in 2 months almost. I weighed myself oct 4th 200.8.
I will take small portions of things today. and I am bringing my partakes and sweetener for water hot tea. I am going to bringing sleepy time tea to see if that can help with my social anxiety. I am constipated again.

really impressive. I am so jealous. Before my p.t.s would make me stretch on the bed and do different exercises mostly on the bed.
