one thing I have noticed with the partake beers is that I get a runny nose drinking them.
I will take it. I love them and have made it so easy to not drink. I drank 3 beers in 1 +1/2 hours. then the faculty jazz concert is tonight, it is in the freezing choral room. I am better prepared for this concert though I am kind of sweating right now... I had a salad for lunch, was supposed to be curry chicken salad, but the chicken was so dry I did not eat it. For dinner tonight I had tomato basil soup, it was very tasty and filling. I did have a handful of pecans which were quite tasty indeed. getting ready to go to the concert. Will chew some chewing gum.They were light meals today see how hungry I get later on. have a nice night every one thanks for reading my post/blog. bizi

There is only 4 ingredients.water, hops, barley, and yeast.
I can live with a runny nose It did not last long. and only 50 calories for 3 beers. I can take it. It is worth the trade off. 190.3 this morning down 10 pounds. made it 17 days AF. have a great day bobby! love bizi

Thank you donna and bobby,
i appreciate you ladies for all of the support you have shown to me over the years. yes this time is different.I really look forward to my 3 "beers" coming home, they are my new addiction but that is ok. It keeps me from feeling deprived. We are going to a blue gras concert tonight! can't wait. Jeffs band played last night, I thought he soloed well and played great and told him so he said he was happy how he came out which is unusual,normally he would pick apart his playing. Nice to hear him being positive about his playing. have to get ready for work. bizi who is always running behind in the morning.

had a big lunch, a bowl of cabbage with olive mixture. a big bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo. it was chock full of meat so was delicious. I am getting ready for my hair appointment to get a touch up of color on my roots. I enter an alcohol experiment. it is a month worth of coaching free by annie grace the author of the book the naked mind.It is about learning to take better care of myself and learn new pathways to better and more effortless abstinence from drinking alcohol(poison). I am on day 2even though I have 19 days down already I think I can benefit from this program and it would fit into my drinking patterns. bizi

I'm glad you found a good program. That is great. I think you are finally ready to stop the alcohol. I like your weight too. I sure wish I could lose some more also. But so far I'm still stuck were I've been for a while. I'm just not getting anywhere. I'll be working again soon. Donna

Thank you for your encouragement!Thanks giving will be a hard challenge for me because of my social anxiety issues. there will be some people that I don't know there. I probably won't be able to only drink 3 partakes. Maybe I can stick with hot tea, I can bring a cup like I have done in the past. Also bring my bottle of stevia to sweeten the tea or even just hot water. It will be the first of multiple gatherings for the holidays. I bought alot of partake" beers" so I should be good until after thanksgiving. The idea here is to plan for the gathering. bizi
