right now i still have a lot in my savings so i can't qualify yet. i wish there were some way i can stop over spending and over eating. i was really in crisis mode before my caseworker called. i was so terrified and felt so helpless. i really don't know how to help control myself.
i forgot if i mentioned that aby gave me the biggest head bump yet. i have just been listening over and over to a bocelli album. even thought i stopped smoking a long time ago and didn't care about getting lung cancer i still really miss it big time because it would always calm me down. it is too expensive now. love bobby |

Bobby, Some days ago you mentioned having met your new Psychiatrist and how lovely she was. I'm sorry to read that you're struggling so much and I wondered if you were at all disappointed in the fact there was no change to your meds. I vaguely recall that you were thinking they weren't working very well.
What do you mean when you say your supplement plan costs $190 per month? Do you mean vitamin type supplements or something else? ![]() |

i told the psychiatrist i didn't want any changes to meds because of the two recent fiascos. i do like her.
i have to pay 50 a month besides my medications for a prescription insurance. i have to pay 190 a month as a supplement to my medicare. my social security is low. fondly, bobby |

I understand now. Thanks for explaining.
I'm sorry that I asked such a personal question then. I thought you must have meant vitamin type supplements. I used to pay for medical insurance for all my working life. Now that I'm not working I couldn't ever afford it. Now I just go public hospital system (and it's far from perfect that's for sure). Thankfully we have that or I don't know what I'd do. I don't know how you all manage over there. We have a totally different system of course. Has it been snowing in NY? take care there. |

Did you look into the advantage program?
I am sorry that you are not able to control yourself from spending. Did the exterminator get rid of your bugs? and the neighbors problem as well? I am glad that you like your new pdoc. She seems like a good fit. Going to bed now. good night. love bizi

i think if you worked you can get medicare at 65. I was on disability because of bipolar and when i turned 65 it went to medicare.. there is medicaid for lower income people but i am not sure how it works. i think you pay out a lot less and get more benefits. i am not really sure but i will check. fondly. bobby meicaid Income Eligibility Criteria. Both my son's are on medicare advantage. The main reason for
putting both on it were so that Derrick would have extra money every year for dental and each year he could get a eye exam and glasses. His Medicaid will only pay for a Eye exam every I believe its 2 years. And new glasses every 5. I feel like he might need them more than that. Anyway, Dan had no dental or eye insurance. He has bad teeth and was paying out of his own money for his teeth. SO this way his insurance will pay for so much a year to get them taken care of. He also needs new glasses we are waiting till the panadamedic gets a little better to get his eyes and glasses. Donna ![]() ![]() |

i just called aarp advantage plan but i can't get the information til monday. three of my doctors and my dentist are in my network. my therapist and psychiatrist are not. i bet i can speak to my psychiatrist once a month. she is just for medication.
can't wait til tomorrow. i think i am missing something because it sounds too good to be true since i spend so much on health insurance and dental costs. i do get my glasses off the internet and supply them with my prescription. if it is true i wouldn't have to worry about running out of my savings money. |
