how many times have i written that my anxiety is through the roof? ibipolar 2 symptoms are anxiety, depression, irritability, over spending, over eating but NO PSYCHOSIS. i have also have the diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder. i have anxiety from post traumatic stress after i was badly burnt from my explosion.
yesterday was just so bad. my eating was so out of control and i was so irritable. ibs-c has been so awful.

i think a lot of my anger has to do with sleep deprivation.. I do wish though
that i had told my neighbor i didn't know that fat pigs like you could run. i lost my opportunity.
i think i have to skip the ibs-c forum for a while. it is too depressing. my current laxative barely works.
because of my lack of sleep I have been making careless errors like throwing out one of the shoes i bought for marci and told her about.. thank God I am not paranoid yet from lack of sleep.
i will try very hard to clean what i can the next two days. i am going to drink a lot of peppermint and chamomile tea.
alice still hasn't sent oct's rent check but she is okay. it does unnerve me further.

at least i think i found something that makes me go and prevents me ripping myself and having to have surgery and not to be poisoned by magnesium overdose. On facebook's ibs-c i have read of people who wind up with surgery.ick.
