Hi all...
I have an appointment to see an MD on Friday so that I maybe I can get a referal to mental health spec.... Is there anything that I specifically need to let the doctor know or any questions that I should ask?? I can't get my thoughts together very well and I'm trying to write things down but with scattered thoughts... it's not working to well... In the last week I've been from depressed to a crazy high to depressed to not wanting to breathe to having all of these at once.... and it just keeps circling around.... Anything that I can write down to try to let the doc know what is going on will be helpful... What I have written just doesn't make sense.... I do take Cymbalta... is there anything I should ask about meds??? thanks, Abbie
