my cars thru the years

1 - Mustang - baby blue
2 - Duster - mustard yellow
3 - Cordoba - dark green
4 - Cordoba - Root Beer brown metallic
5 - Volvo - Beige
6 - Volvo - reddish /brown metallic w/a pin stripe kind of a faded brick color

and we've had various pickups - red, black, green, emerald, white {repainted to black}

none of our cars were bought new so we didn't choose them by color, we chose by condition & what we wanted at the time..

my vehicles over the years have been
red -- mercury lynx,
dark emerald green -- chevy s10,
white -- olds achieva,
silver -- chevy malibu,
and
silver -- olds alero.

Nothing exciting.... nor sporty.... just get me from here to there and back....

My Wedgewood Blue F150 seems to think I am ok...maybe not so much since I scraped up the right side.

I had a red Berretta...hated that color, but the price was very right!

I also had a bananna Nissan...loved that car!!

Red face My New Car..... Not...

the work continues....today was digging out 14 inches of the old road,
removal of the curbs, etc.

Tomorrow we may have the gravel underlayment, and hopefully in 2 weeks,
new curbs and new pavement.

They chose to park their vehicle in front of us...so our cat Oreo
decided it was safe now to check things out.

We spent the whole holiday weekend digging out plants I decided to
save, and temp potting them up in flats etc until they can be put back.
They are out of the picture view.

I have to say... to be fair, this crew is careful. No careless destruction, to
areas they promised would be spared.

The black edging in the foreground is where the curb will go. The exposed part
is all they removed of my garden, and steps. Almost 30 inches gone.

Red face

you sound like alfee, her whole flower beds/gardens were destroyed when they put in a new septic system.
She moved plants around too....it was awful.
She is still planting grass...the whole back yard was a big pile of dirt for a long time...it was dreadful.
I sympathize with you.
