some folks take benadryl to help calm them...or even valerian an over the counter supplement for anxiety.

Lamictal is a good mood stabilizer for me...it helps with depression as well.

For the information, I just found out that my primary doctor is leaving the
state. And I have to pick a new doctor. It took me a long time to go
back to a doctor after my last one died. So this is not going to be easy
for me.

So I want to be able to have a good idea of what I want to do when I
go in June to talk to her aboue. And I'm really considering getting a
internist instead of family doctor, but haven't decided yet. Because
of all the things I've had going on.

But I have also considered seeing about transfering my migraine and
depression meds to my neurologist. And then I believe my pain medication
well go to the pain clinic I'm with right now, thanks to the neck.

He is the one that has already suggested lyrica, and I'm thinking with
fibromyalgia and the other pain problems, that it might be goood.
So I will talk to her about it. Then I see my neurologist about migraines
and central nervous issues in July I believe. And I plan to talk to
him about lyrica too.

So then when I chose a new doctor then I will hopefully have it all thought
out. This was not what I needed right now.

I also have to get her to send me to a specialist for the gallstones, kidney stones, and ovarian cysts, because I dont' want to count on someone else.

So I'm just going to hope my list can be made.

It sounds like you have a good list and a good plan.
