I took .5 klonopin 35 minutes ago and it seems to be working. Maybe I'll go to sleep soon.

I really really really want to sleep.

Default Trying to hold it together

Felt bad all day. Brain fog and fatigue even after sleep and then a nap.
Went to gym. Physically I feel better but mentally worse.
Depressed.

Anxious about the work week.
Need to do laundry and go to bed soon.

Mari,

I'm wired tonight and sure could use some sleep myself. Maybe if I cut off the stereo and did some deep breathing exercises I'd be better off. I somehow don't want to though. Sometimes though when I feel like you do I'll lay down and say to myself, this is only to relax and not to sleep and I will end up sleeping anyway. Just laying in the bed relaxing will feel so good and there's no pressure on me to go to sleep because I really believe I'm going to get back up. I don't get back up out of bed though because it feels so good to lay there and then I fall asleep. I think I'll try that now.

I think it is normal to feel down after being on alert with the hurricanes,,,,more to come,,,,and with your parents visit and the start of school etc.
I am sorry that you are depressed..
I hope you are getting/asking for extra hugs from your sweetie.

I can totally relate to the being on alert with the hurricanes.

I am not in a hurricane area. But tornadoes come a lot. And we
are getting lots of rain. Had a big branch fall, not close to our
house. But all I could see that night was the rest of the tree
falling and hitting our house.

I was so afraid, I think I was up all night. And of course it rained
and stormed for a few nights, and its doing it today too.

So its not helping. So I totally see the picture. So I hope things
have calmed and you are sleeping
