Sending hugs and wishes that you start to feel even more like
yourself.

Its not fun having a vehicle messed up, or even when they decide
to just stop and need a new engine.

Red face

WEll my neck continues to be sore so last night I went to see a chiropractor, he said it was a minor injury...he is going to give me treatments for a few weeks, iced it last night which felt weird,
I have to work on my posture which is contributing to the problem.
start exercising and strengthening my back, neck, stomach muscles.
need to work on ergonomics at the computer, and for my work so hopefully I will learn alot in this short time.
My car won't be finished until the 23rd....
I want my car back! .....26 MPG vs. 50 MPG!

Dear Bizi,
That's good that you are attending to your neck.
The treatments will help. So will the exercises and the change in computer / desk arrangements.

Apparently, lots of things can be improved by posture.
When I saw a physical therapist for pain related to TMJ, he showed me how to stand better -- my head /neck were positioned wrong or something.

I hope you feel better soon.

Red face

I am sleeping fine now, I think I am no longer hypomanic, my neck is jsut sore, the ice seems to help when I use it at night....
The chirporator was informative and gave me some very good suggestions about ergonomics of my life work etc.
It seems like I have "honda Hip" from the angle of my car seat, getting a new car is not an option, we jsut paid this one off!
...also the little stool that I sit on for work my knees are higher than my hips so that is repeated strain on my hips, I should get a higer stool, maybe one of those ergonomic stools where your feet and legs go behind are up under you. have to find a picture.
I also need to get reading glasses for the computer, my bifocals are big enough for me to see the computer so I was constantly lifting my head up and back to see under the bifocal...that should be easy enough.
I am able to crack both my neck and hips better than he so I don't think I will go back except one more time on monday but will not let him crack my neck as there is such a great deal of risk involved, dr john posted on his blog about people having strokes from neck manipulations.
YIKES!!!!!

He told me the best thing that I can do to help imrove my posture is to excercise, we are thinking about getting a tread mill.
Thank you for your nice words of support.
((((HUGS))))
