Hello,

My home wireless was down for a day.
We had a rain storm and the power was out for 20 seconds. That was enough to shut down my internet.

The phone company tried twice to help me by phone and then sent out a tech guy to the apt.
Basically all he did was reset my password and tell me that the phone people should have helped me more.
I'm still confused but the computer seems happy right now.

How are you and what is going on?
Do you have plans?

Yeah we had massive rain here too Mari, but our power somehow stayed on, I am surprised. I think we're going to try to go to the big pool again, other then that and some shopping I think we're just hanging out at home. Summer school is done and he doesn't go back until the 17th of August.

This is a weekend of HIDING for me. So many changes going on and I don't want to see them happen... This doesn't change the fact that things that are going to happen whether I see them or not.

I just can't handle them.

I guess there is one good thing that may happen this weekend.... nephew #7 is on his way BUT he's playing shy. His mom has been in labor for 2 or 3 days now.... and his dad is wearing a path in the carpet.

That is kind of what happened to me a few weeks ago. But my internet was out overnight. And then the next day, for some reason after some work Devin
could get it to come back on. But I thought it had bit the dust.

Was I happy it wasn't true. Because I was headed on vacation and didn't want
to worry about not having it when I got back. Let alone leaving him without it.

Heehee.

Here Derrick has company, so its nice. I'm just getting to chill. I'm hoping to
go garage shopping tomorrow. And they are supposed to clean my house,
I bribed them. Some money or new game for cleaning.

Its well worth it, they are both strong. ANd my house is a mess.

I am finally on the feeling better I think. Get to see how to use Savella tonight.

In place of cymbalta.

Picked it up today.

What kind of internet connections do you all have that goes out when the electricity does?

I will be meeting Bobby in our hangout tomorrow at 2 p.m. I met him in there today. He did something that totally shocked me today. He kissed me on the mouth right in the parking lot of our hangout. I'm happy as a lark about it of course.

a new friend/aquaintance of mine
is in the hospital after falling and breaking her ankle in 3 different places.
I took her to the hospital today to be admitted.
Her surgery took 2 hours and she is in bad shape pain wise.
She has had 3 back surgeries and has chronic pain from them, is only 31 and has been on steroids for a long time, this could be why she broke her ankle?
I feel sorry for her.
She lives 45 minutes from me....I hope that her neighbors will be able to help her....I will help her when I can. Does that sound reasonable, she doesn't have any family there nor many friends. She just lost her job and will be on a walker for 2 months now. and can't drive....wonder if a rehab place would be an option for her????

we are putting in a new mail box...big project! cedar wood post.
I will see some clients that I did not get to see today.
I need to clean the house...it is filthy!

That was nice that you took her to the hospital. You are good friend.
Your friend should get rehab phsysical therapy and later physical therapy at her house. But the docs will make a treatment plan for her I would hope.

The newest Nephew(#7) is still being shy... my sis-in-law has been in labor for a few days... due date is the 7th... I just want him to come out and play TODAY!

Today is not turning out very good at all. Bobby gave me some bad news today when we met and a dear girlfirend of mine has taken some pills. She is really messed up. The cops and rescue squad was were at her place. I had to talk to the cops as I was with her this morning. The neighbor who gave her the pills is now worried she'll get in trouble. It's a mess.
