Default Weekend Check In Time Friday November 14

Hi,
We had a full moon last night.
I wish I could have been outside for it.

Tomorrow I have to help my friend pack her apt. She is buying a house that was in foreclosure. I have to help her out and show support for her move. Great fun.

Today I went with Sabrina to take Will to the Ortho. And he is healing
well. Then we went to look at a couch and love seat for them.

My husband bought it for them.

And tomorrow I'm going to help a parent work on getting ready for
a meeting monday. This system needs to learn to make their teachers
work better with the parents.

Life continues, hoping my voice is better soon.

Then Sunday Derrick spends the day with Junior Leaders, he has a great
day planned.

Red face fixing my schedule and worried about Nikko.

I'm plugging along, trying to reset my sleep schedule and push the envelope a bit on the things i need to be doing and have been "stuck" with. Sleep is currenly all over the map, which is an interim state from full night owl mode. It is dreadfully hard for me to get back into daybird mode since i have always been a night owl. more alert, more productive, better mood. but i need to be awake to make/receive calls during business hours... so this needs to change. sigh.

Now I'm hoping Nikko will check in here.

I'm extremely worried about her. I am hoping she is away and i forgot or didn't know. I haven't heard from her in several days which is unusual. You guys know what she's been through. If anyone has heard from her please speak... I just want to know if she's ... ok.

Last night I was watching Spirited Away and it made me cry thinking about how I am soon to be forty. I Have been taking my B vitamins and trying to get enough exercise, but still this is a sad milestone for me because I'm in constant pain with my teeth. They are cracked from big fillings from childhood and (molars are) the others have decay near the gum line. My father lost all his by his 40th birthday and I fear mine are on the way out already. I have had to pull 4 molars as it is. I hate gov insurance, they SHOULD cover cleanings and this wouldn't have happened. I HATE that poor people are in this boat with me, and that we're just expected to suffer in silence until we can't take anymore and yank them all to get dentures and suffer silently in other ways.

I see my Tdoc monday and we'll see if she wants to RX something for the depression, because I am definitely depressed, though I think it's related to the above, and lack of money, and things needed fixing we have no $$ for. I can't believe how awful the economy has become. Things went up with gas costs and now that gas dropped back down things are still staying up there and on the rise even further. It's just wrong. Going to go out with Mother today and Jackie, do our library, thrift store, Wendy's Walmart trips. Should be fun.

Sorry if I brought anyone down, I just had to get it out of my system...

Dear Pam,

I am always happy to hear from you.

Sorry about the pain with your teeth.
Teeth are so important and the government should be more generous.

About 3 years before I turned 40, when someone asked my age, I said I was 40. I thought of myself as already 40. Then when I really turned 40, it was no big deal.

But, I got totally confused about my age. Now when someone asks me how old I am (like when I first saw my tdoc), I give them the year of my birth and tell them to do the math.

I guess this sounds silly.

Mostly I sympathize and wish you had money for the things you want.

I hope that today goes well for you.

We had a great time shopping, Mom found a cool small stationary pedal exerciser, one that is low to the ground and pedals only for FOUR bucks! She'd seen them for over 30 and this was a great find. If she can manage to get the stationary bike she can't use into her suv its as good as ours. So that was another good thing. I found a nice power control center surge protector thing at the thrift store for 3 bucks and was pretty pleased with that.

Other then this cold front coming through today stirring up some rain, it's shaping up to be a nice day, but then we really can use the rain.

Thank you for caring Mari, you're a good friend.

Derrick and I had a good Saturday. Saw some friends, and I helped
a parent.

We also did some christmas shopping.
