Unhappy tummy hurting again

I do have IBS and I had to take my bentyl yesterday Now I can feel some minor cramping in my tummy acting up. I have the anxiety of my stomach spasming again. I do not want it to happen again it hurts really bad I rather have a panic attack than have this spasming pain. I really hope it is not the Lamictal. I really like taking it. I do not want to stop taking it either. ok now I having a panic attack. The pain in my tummy is gone. Hurrayy but ohhhh f### I have a panic attack now
I am just have a time of my life right now
sigh...make it stop please
