Bizi,
For some of us, this is THE GOAL of therapy.
It takes a long time. . . .a VERY LOOOOOOOONG time.

Be gentle with yourself if you don't get everything exactly 100% right in a short time.

I'm learning to love myself. HA!!!
It is even hard to write that. Loving oneself is hard.

But we can make small goals and we can make progress.

I wish you lots and lots of progress.
