Default couldn't get to sleep yet

Hello,
I just took .5 Klonopin because I have not been able to sleep yet. I just called in sick to work.

Yesterday I had to talk to my boss about some matters.
I'm not in the mood to see her again just one day later -- that might be why I can't sleep.

Also, I am not feeling as much "love" from my team that I usually do. Maybe it is just me -- having nothing to do with any changes from them.

If the .5 Klonopin does not work, I take another .5 in an hour.
I'm going to try to read a boring book.

Hi Mari,

I could not sleep last night either. I wish I had checked on here earlier to chat with you. I have a lot on me as it appears your talk with your boss yesterday was a lot on you also. I hope you are getting sleep. I should get some by 11 a.m. as that is usually about my limit of not sleeping any.

Sweet dreams.

I'm hoping you both got too sleep.

I had a whole different kind of reason for not going back to sleep.

I was awoken at 11:30pm to go down and stay with my grandkids,
so Devin could take Sabrina to the hospital because of bleeding.
At 3:00am they returned, I came home, couldn't sleep at 4:00am
I got on the computer and also cleaned my area.

I would have gone to sleep after my chat with my supervisor. But
Derrick had a seizure and is sleeping it off in my bed.

Now I have a 1pm appointment ugh.

My D-i=law is waiting on a OB-GYN appointment, but doing what she considers okay. I'm personally still a little worried. She has bleed abnormally for 21/2 years now when she has her periods after having a tubaler and things. So I've encouraged going to a specialist, but until last night when the ER said she has to. The medicaid in Indiana pretty much would have said, NO. Until November of December she didn't even have her own doctor.
She had to hope the clinic in the next big town could get her in with in 3 weeks if she was sick. So hopefully the clinic will get her in soon.

I got no sleep, but its because of good things.

Donna,

It's ahame when health insurance plans like Medicaid won't cover things. I hope your d-in-law can get straight at the clinic.

Maybe we'll all go to bed early tonight.

Oh Mari, I hope that the Klonipin helped...Did you sleep? I hope you got some good rest. I am doing better, just got a new tank for the turtle and he is wickedly happy now. Getting it set up today helped with my depression, I think I am going to ask to have my wellbutrin increased to help me get through the upcoming change onto abilify which has YET to happen.

I'll post some pics when I get the chance. Let us know how you're doing Mari, I worry about you when you can't get sleep...

When I was a teenager,I caught dozens of turtles at a lake that was close to me where I lived. I caught those kind of turtles, and also Painted turtles. I only caught the young ones in the moss, near the edge of the lake.

I brought the turtles home, and went to the back yard, and put them I a boat filled with water, and islands for them to walk onto. It wasn't a expensive boat, and It was made out of plastic, and just right for my turtles.

I'm saying hi to Pamsters turtle also. BF

Hi Folks,

I got to sleep about 8:30 am.

Then I napped again in the early evening.

I don't feel so good.

I should take a shower and pack my lunch and get ready for work tomorrow.

I feel hung over from sleeping at funny times.
Maybe I am depressed too.
