Default I know what I'll charge her with

I copied and pasted the definitions of slander which I find interesting. Notice that the verb 1. meaning is to charge falsey. I need to work on proving she has charged me falsey with incidences and ruined my good name by false deflamation of character.

Dear Barbara,

I'm listening.
But I don't understand very much.
The legal stuff is beyond me.
Does it help you feel better to know that you can take action?

Hi Mari,

Yes, it helps me to think that I can charge her with something that is serious.

Hi Alffe,

I have planted my flower bed but it's not very appealing to take a picture of yet. With my next door neighbor harassing me I haven't taken the time to work in my garden and someone has mess with it and dug holes in my garden.

Thank you Alffe, I am going to weed my garden sometime today when the next door neighbor is not around.

I go served with the summons for excessive noise that she charged me with. I've been thinking of a defense and stragety.

Are you thinking a claim against her thru the legal system, like police or sherriff?
Or a civil suit or small claims type ...?

From watching the court shows the person making the claim has to prove the claim or at least tip the scales in their favor...
with witnesses, evidence??
I think you also might need to show proof that her words cost a loss of some sort..??

Unhappy Dear Barbara

I'm sorry for all this.

gosh i didn't realize she was taking you to court. i have to wonder how she intends to "prove" excessive noise if you weren't making any. i hadn't realized her complaint about it meant court.

i dearly hope the thing with your in-laws and the deed v.s. divorce agreement gets resolved in favor of the deed. i am not sure which would count. probably the document dated last, but i don't know the laws about deed changeover. so it's possible that if part of the divorce papers included the deed changeover and it was not done... that it may stand. this is my hope for you.

basically i want to see you out of that complex and away from that horrid woman, YESTERDAY!!!
