Heart Fibro relief, Its been so bad for so long!

My massage therapist has been working as you know so much on my legs.
And knows how bad my neck and shoulders have been too. She is working
on them too. But then my arms started, and my lower back. And just
it went worse.

I switched at home from ice to heat. So this week during my sessions:

She has been using heat on the area's that are the worse also.

My neck she works on a bit. Then gets the towels and heats my neck.

And then works on my legs or hips and lower back. And its been odd.

It is seeming to relieve some of the pain and tension in the neck. But
of course also helps the area she is on.

So she then today moved the heat to my lower back and hips. And wow,
what a relief, and then back to my neck.

And I have to say even though my legs still are so bruised that we can't
do much there is so much more help.

But I just can't seem to find a reason for the complete tension.
