Default offline to change antivirus software

hi all,

just to let you know. i am going offline now to change my antivirus software. it should be seamless - uninstall one, install the other. but with antivirus software... one never knows. some don't like being uninstalled. and most won't install if you have any traces of an old one running.

anyway, i need to be offline before starting since once i do the uninstall, i will be vulnerable. i will reconnect only after i have the new software installed and i am relatively sure things are stable. at that point i will post to this thread again.

this will probably take 20 minutes, but it may take a couple days if complications arise.

wish me luck.
