It's slowed down today, but I swear last night it was BAD, She said if I went through one an hour to worry and go to the ER, so if it starts up like that again I will probably have to go. I don't know what they will do for me but it's really bad. I am going to call to talk to the NP I spoke with last week and tell her it's not getting better yet. Maybe she can do something else for me like a new rx of BC Pills...I don't know, but something has to help and fast! I am sick of waking up at 3-4 am and having to get up to change pads or tampons.

Pam

Please call, its also possible that they might be able to check and see if
they had a cancellation and can get you in earlier.

But if you don't keep calling and letting the office know how important
it is. And that you are just trying to figure out what to do. They personally
have no clue.

I'm really hoping you get some answers.

I think that will need something more than BC pills. They take time and they are not all that strong on a day to day to basis.

Keep hollering and get someone to take you seriously.

In the meantime, keep stress low.
Maintain equilibrium.

Here's something logical I found on the internet:

Unless your doctor specifically advises otherwise, never take aspirin while you are menstruating. Aspirin can cause bleeding to occur longer
I would not have thought of that.

I am going to the ER tomorrow, morning, I just am not up to it today because of how it was Jackie's first day back at school and I had to get him to his speech therapy. I really want to take cre of myself, so tomorrow I am devoting to this, Mom will take me and will be here bright and early, and we're heading off to the ER. I was afraid of driving myself there and getting admitted and them going and doing something like a D&C or something and then not being able to drive home. So she had stuff going on today, and tomorrow she's got open....

It's really got to get taken care of soon, I am sick of sanitary napkins and tampons. I called today and spoke to the front desk person at the health dept and the new oby gyn doc I am gonna see in three weeks, but they just told me that the NP was out til thursday and if I was worried to go to the ER so I am definitely going tomorrow, so one more uncomfortable night and hopefully some relief somehow tomorrow.

Dear Pam,

Post when you get back.
They will take good care of you.

Try to stay at peace and be patient with the process (hospitals, rules, nurses, .. . ).

Well three hours in the ER, not too bad. SEVEN vials of blood and I am anemic now. Just barely but still it's bad. I was given stronger birth control pills, so we'll see what happens, he wants me to take TWO today and TWO tomorrow and then ONE in the mornings from there on out. I hope this helps, I am so sick of the messiness.

Pam

What did he tell you to do about the anemicness. I know its also important
to get on the right kind of iron for this too.
