Thank you. Prior to the "offer" of a having a "nurse case manager," I had also received a letter wherein my insurance referred to my health as "rare condition."
Maybe they're trying to work with me? or maybe for cost efficiency? But, I am thinking now: It doesn't hurt to find out. Only way to really know at this point is call the nurse. BTW: Mine isn't WC related. I wonder if insurance of mine would be offering if it had been. Same should be provided either way, I think.
