if you are getting friend requests then it is because other members are sending them to you  No errorI am not sure what you mean by getting other people's posts? If you have subscribed to receive email notices on forums you have posted on you will get all new posts notified for that forum. If you only want notices of posts made in reply to you, you need to change the email subscription to only get replies to that thread. The system is fully automated, and very specific, so it is not an error hope that helps
