Default Missing private message regarding spinal cord stimulators

I was looking for a pm that I sent to someone regarding the risks spinal cord stimulators pose to Complex Regional Pain Syndrome patients. When I tried to retrieve it to sent to someone else it was gone.

I am wondering if it was deleted because I unintentionally violated forum policy because I made specific mention of two SCS manufacturers, Boston Scientific and St. Jude. I referenced these two manufacturers because they are the stimulators used by my pain management physician, resulting my extensive research and correspondence with both companies.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
