Default Doctors Office requesting Photo taking
Hello Has anyone had a doctor ever request for a photo to be taken to be put in there records mind you I have been going to this office for 40 months and was told this a new policy now and this a mental health offie curious if anyone else has been ask that just not feeling comfortable at this time.
